Polka Dot Scrap Tag |

Open a new canvas the size you want. I used |
|
240x145 transparent. |
|
|
|
Flood fill with the color of your choice. |
|
|
|
Go to Selections, click Select All. |
|
|
|
Go to Selections, Modify, then click Contract. |
|
Number of pixels = 12 |
|
|
|
Go back to Selections, click Invert. |
|
|
|
Set foreground color to Black. |
|
Click on top of the foreground box. |
|
|
|
Another box will appear. Use these setting... |
| Texture = Checked |
| Choose the Polka Dot Texture |
| Angel = 45 |
| Scale = 100 |
| Click ok |

| Click the flood fill tool and flood fill inside the selection so that |
| you have the Polka dots around the edge. |
| Now go to the top click Effects, 3d Effects and click Drop |
|
Shadow. Use these settings....
|
| Vertical = 2 |
| Horizontal =2 |
| Opacity = 80 |
| Blur = 6.00 |
| Color = Black |
| Shadow on new layer = unchecked. |
| Click ok. |
| Do this step again, but this time, change the |
| Vertical = -2 |
| Horizontal = -2 |
| Click ok. |
| Now we will need to unselect the area. Go to Selections and |
| click Select None. |
| Now you can add the tube of your choice by clicking Edit |
| and copy to the tag you just made. |
| When you are done, save image as a jpg. |
