Easy Blinky Bear Tag

Beginners

 I used psp9, but I think you will be able to do this in other psp versions just as well.

In this tutorial you will need psp, and the bear tube or a tube of your choice.

If you would like to use my bear tube you can download it here

download here

Lets get started.

1...Open up the bear tube or the tube of you choice in psp. You will also need to open you

layer palette if it isn’t already open. A easy way to do this is to click the F8 on your

keyboard and the layer palette will appear.

Making the Background

2...Now we will need to open new canvas for you to work on. Go to File and then click

New. When the new image box appears, change the setting as below:

Width = 325   Units = Pixels

Height = 240
Resolution = 200.000    Pixels/inches
Raster Background = checked
Color Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bits)
Transparent = checked
Click ok

3...Now we will need to flood fill the new canvas. I used a pale yellow. So click on

on the foreground color then set to color to...

R= 218

G=199

B= 142

click ok

Now go to your left and click the Flood Fill Tool, then flood fill the new canvas by clicking on it.

Making the Border

4...Now we need to add a new layer, to do this go to the top and click Layers,

then go down the list and click New Raster Layer.

Now we are also going to flood fill this layer but this time I am going to use a dark

brown color, so go back to your foreground color and change the color as you did in # 3 but

this time set  the color to…

R= 87

G= 55

B =17

click ok
