This tutorial was made with psp v9, but I think you will be able to do it in other versions as well. |
|
Supplies you will need - Paint Shop Pro and the bunny tubes that I made myself. You may use |
|
any tube you wish or use mine. |

| Making the background |
| First open up the bunny tube in psp. |
| 1.... Open a new canvas, by clicking File then New. Use these setting. |
| Width = 350 Unit = Pixels |
| Height = 300 |
| Resolution = 200.00 Pixel/inch |
| Raster Background = checked |
| Color Depth = 16 Million Colors (24 bits) |
| Transparent = checked Click ok. |
| Note : you may have a name over 6 letters. Make the canvas . |
| Width = 440 Height = 300 |
| 2...Now we will flood fill the new canvas with a pale pink. Change the foreground color by |
| clicking on the foreground box and change to... |
| R =254 |
| G =172 |
| B = 172 |

| Now flood fill the canvas with the pink. |
| 3...You will need to open your layer palette to do this, click the F8 on your keyboard. |
| Now add another layer, by going to ... Layers then click New Raster Layer |
| Now go back to the foreground box and change the color to... |
| R = 127 |
| G = 68 |
| B = 68 |
| Now flood fill the canvas with the new color. |
| Now go to the top and click Selections, then click Select All. |
| Now go back to top, click Selections, Modify and click Contract. Use these settings |
| Number of pixels = 8 Click ok. |
| Now hit the delete key on your keyboard. Now go back to Selections and click Select None. |
| 4...Now we will add a drop shadow. Go to Effects, 3D, then click Drop Shadow. |
| use these settings... |
| Vertical = 2 Opacity = 75 |
| Horizontal = 2 Bur = 4.00 |
| Color = Black Shadow on new layer = unchecked. |
| Click ok |
| Now do this step again but this time, changed the Vertical to -2 and the Horizontal to -2. |
| Adding the Text |
| 1... Add a new layer, by clicking Layer then click New Raster Layer. |
| Now click the foreground box and change the color to black. |
| R = 0 |
| G = 0 |
| B = 0 |
| Now change the background color to ... |
| R = 255 |
| G = 128 |
| B = 128 |
| 2...Now click on the Text Tool. and use these setting across the top. |

| Create As = Floating Font = 65 Stroke = 2.0 |
| Click on the canvas and add your name in the box that pops up. Then click Apply. |
| Now go to the top and click Selections, then click Select None. |
| Now use the Mover Tool to pick up your name and place it kind of towards the bottom right. |

| 3...Now we will add a Inner bevel . Go to the top and click Effects, 3d, then click Inner Bevel. |
| use these settings. |
| Bevel = 2 Width = 18 |
| smoothness = 35 Depth = 6 Ambience = -59 Shininess = 35 |
| color = white Angel = 135 Intensity = 31 Elevation = 88 |
| Click ok. |
| Adding the tubes |
| 1...Click on the bunny tubes to make it active. Go to the layer palette and click the layer |
| that says "left arm". It should be highlighted in blue when you click on it. |
| Now go to the top and click Edit, then click Copy. |
| Now go back to the canvas you were working on, go to the top and click Edit, Paste, then |
| click Paste as you layer. |
| Click again on the bunny tubes, this time click on "bunny head" in the layer palette. |
| Go back to the canvas you were working, go back to the top, click Edit, Paste, then |
| Paste as new layer. |
| Click again on the bunny tubes, this time click on "right arm" in the layer palette. Now go back |
| to canvas you were working on and click Edit, Paste, then click Paste as new layer. |
| Now use the Move Tool and arrange all the bunny pieces like I have in my sample image |
| at the top. |
