12...Now go back to the layer palette and click on top of the one that says Promoted Selection.

It should highlight in blue when you click it. Note: this is the bottom of your picture layer.

Now pick the Smudge Brush on the right hand side.

Now set the setting across the top as below.

Shape = Round

Size = 22

Hardness = 50

Step = 25

Density = 100

Thickness = 100

Rotation = 97

Opacity = 55

Now use the smudge brush on the bottom part of the image. Hold down the left mouse

button and move back and forth across the Light blue part, so that it looks like ripples

in water. Note: Don’t do this to much as it will look to blurred. If you mess up, simply go

to the top and click Edit and then Undo smudge brush. It should now look something like this.

13...Now we will be adding the dolphin tube, But before we do, we need to arrange the

layer palette. Go to the layer palette and click on the one that says Promoted Selection. It should

Be highlighted in blue. Now, go up to the top and click Layers then go down

To arrange and then click on Bring to top.

Now we are ready to add the dolphin. So open the dolphin tube and Go to the top, click

Edit then Copy Now go back to the sunset image and click it to make it active.

Now back to the layer palette , this time click on top of the one that

Says Raster 2, so it is highlighted blue.

Now go back to Edit and down to Paste and then click Paste as new layer. Now click on

the Move Tool on your left hand side and move the dolphin Up some where you can see him.

Example

14...Now we are ready to add the frame to the image. Open the frame and go back to the top,

click Edit then click Copy. Now click the dolphin image that you are working on to make it

active. Now Go back to the layer palette and click the top layer, this should be Promoted Selection

Now go back to the top and click Edit then down to Paste and then over to

Paste as New Layer.

You are now done with putting the image together. Now we will animate it

Note, it would be a good idea to save your work again at this point.
