Scrap Tag
For this tut you will need psp and the tube of your choice.
I am using a tube that came from Mariannes
You can visit her site

I used psp v9, but I think you could do in in other
versions just as well.
Lets get started....

Now go to the top of blank canvas and hold down on the left mouse button, at
the same time drag to your left and downward to form a triangle. When you
are done it should look like the one below. "A triangle and what looks like marching ants around it."
.
.3...Now we will add the long part of the tag. Go back to the top and change
the Selection Tool to Rectangle.
.Start at the far right corner of the triangle and hold down the left mouse button
and at the same time hold down the shift key on your keyboard,
Now drag across and down to form the rest of your tag.
Your tag should now look something like this....

dark color that will match your tube.

Now click the Flood Fill Tool and Flood Fill the tag with the Polka Dots.

Now deselect the Texture by clicking on the texture icon.
Now choose a light color in your foreground box.
Click on the Flood Fill Tool and Flood fill in the center of your tag.
8...Now we can deselect the marching ants. To do this go to the top and
click Selections then click Select None.
