Adding the Hole at the Top.
11...First we will add a new layer. Go to the top, Click on Layers then click
Add New Layer.
Click on the Selections Tool and go to the top and change the
Selections Type to circle.
Hold down the left mouse button and pull out to make a circle just big
enough  for the hole at the top.
Click the Flood Fill Tool and Flood fill the center of the circle with black.
Now go to the top and click Selections, then click Select None.
 
12... Now select the Move Tool and place the circle that you just made
at the top of your tag. "See sample  image above"
Now we will merge all the layers together.
Go to the top click Layers, go down to Merge, then click Merge Visible.
 
13... Now click on the Magic Wand Tool.
Click in the center of the circle you just made. You should have those
marching ants again.
Now hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Now go back to the top, click Selectionss, then click Select None.
 
14 Making the hook
.First we will want to make a new layer. Go to the top. click Layers, then
click New Raster Layer.
Now change the background color to a color that  you want the hook to be..
 
.Now click on the Text Tool and use these settings, across the top...
Create as = Floating
Font = Arial
Size = 72
Stroke = 0.0
Anti-alias = Sharp
.Now click on the canvas, when the text box pops up, type in the number 0.,
then click apply .

.15. Now we will apply a Inner Bevel. Go to the top and click Effects, then
3d Effects then click Inner Bevel. Use this settings....
Bevel = #2
Width = 9
Smoothness = 46
Depth = 7
Ambience = 50
Shininess = 20
Color = white
Angel = 264
Intensity = 24
Elevation =40
Click ok.
Now deselect the hook by going to the top, click Selections, then
 click Select None.

16...Now click the Move Tool
Use the move tool to place the hook at the top of the tag where the hole is.

17...Now we will erase one part of the hook where it will look like it is 
through the tag. Click on the eraser tool and use these settings...
Shape = round
Size = 6
Hardness = 50
Steps = 25
Density = 100
Thickness = 100
Rotation = 0
Opacity = 100
Now carefully erase the right hand side of the hook as shown below.
"Don't worry if you mess up, you can go back to the top and click Edit Undo Erase and try again"

Now we are ready to add the tube. Open the tube in psp. Go to the top and
click Edit, then click Copy.
Now click on you tag image to make it active and Go Back to the top and
Click Edit, Paste, then click Paste as a New Layer.
You can now use the Move tool to arrange the tube as you like.
Once you are done. You will need to merge all the layers together. To do this
go to the top and click Layers, down to Merge and click Merge visible.
You can now save your image. If you would like to share your image it would be
a good idea to save as a png file.
